We specialise in offering a complete design and tool making service as a “one stop shop”. This way there are no issues of communication between the designer and toolmaker or molder, and we take full responsibility for the function and effectiveness of the product.
We draw in Vero “visi-cad” software, which allows seamless interchange between the design and tool making process. In addition as we design the parts we can see any issue coming up during the tool making process which enable additional functionality or other benefits which would not otherwise come to light.
Parts may be made from Flame retardant material. We are a UL certified mould er, which means that we are approved to supply UL listed manufacturers.
